Lead Billing Clerk with Dealership Experience

Hours: Full time Mon-Fri

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year

Job Description: We sell over 800 vehicles each month and our billing clerk will be working directly with the sales and finance teams to ensure all documents have been collected and reported to the manufacturer for processing.

Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Title credit and payment process

• Submit all necessary documents to the manufacturer for rebates

Qualifications:

• MUST have previous dealership experience

• Highly organized

• Excellent communication skill – both written and oral

• Time Management – prioritizing workload

• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed

• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus

• Available to work Monday - Friday in an office setting

• Must be 18 or over
