Summary:
A Beverage Server prepares and serves non-alcoholic beverage service to casino guests in designated gaming areas. Provides a great experience for every guest through courteous interactions.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all guests in the casino whether or not they are gambling.
- Greet guests and build personal first name relationships.
- Maintain a well-stocked, orderly, clean work and guest environment.
- Prepares and serves beverages (hot and cold) using drink dispensing machines.
- Takes and records temperature of storage areas such as refrigerators and steam tables.
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes or silverware.
- Accepts payment from guests and makes change as necessary.
- Maintain all health and safety regulations.
- Keep assigned work areas clean and orderly.
- Remove empty cups and other beverage containers from gaming areas and dispose of them in the trash.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- At least six months job related experience.
- Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license.

- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Must be able to push 100lb beverage cart.
- Ice restock care weighs approximately 250 lbs.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Physical ability to safely perform the essential job functions of the position.
