Qualifications of Technicians and Mechanics:

• Ability to service all makes and models, gas, and diesel
• Five years minimum in a light-duty automotive repair shop
• Valid drivers license
• Organized and efficient work process
• Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering the car on time
• Adaptive and works well under pressure
• Confident, personable, and a “go-getter.”
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Enjoys supporting a team
• Ability to operate several different types of factory and aftermarket scan tools
• High diagnostic aptitude to figure out any car, gas or diesel, and fix it right.
• ASE Master Certifications are desired but not required
• Desire to work towards building an expanding and growing company that serves the community and employees first through successful company health and wellbeing
