Busy real estate management company in Freehold, NJ is seeking an administrative assistant to support our office team and executive management team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is a highly organized self-starter.
Educational Requirements/Experience:
· Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years administrative experience.
· Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
· Knowledge of commercial real estate a plus.
· Knowledge of bookkeeping software (QuickBooks) a plus.
Required Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Ability to effectively execute assignments and meet stringent deadlines.
· Must be able to multi-task and prioritize a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· In-office administrative duties for the management team, in-house counsel, property management staff, and real estate Broker.

Capital One is seeking a customer service oriented Service Desk Agent to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.
