A National Traffic Data Collection firm is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in our Sacramento Office. Industry experience is not required.
Working directly with engineering firms and public agencies, we provide studies that assist in the development, maintenance, and operations of roadways, interstates, parking complexes, intersections, and much more. The Administrative Assistant is the main point of contact between clients and the company. This role is responsible for providing a high standard of customer service and communicating clearly and effectively with clients. Administrative Assistant duties include estimation, Google Earth mapping, all client correspondences, creating project documentation, general coordination, providing project updates, managing client expectations, reviewing and executing contracts, and performing internal administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant works primarily from the office but will also be required to make infrequent visits to meet clients face to face. The Administrative Assistant answers directly to the Northern California Area Manager and works in coordination with the Operations Manager and Client Support Coordinator.
