• Support internal and external audits
• Handling cash receipts
• Apply ACH's onto the tenant ledger
• Run monthly charges to tenants
• Make weekly reconciliations to bank
• Maintain professionalism handling confidential matter
• Process monthly rental update billings
• Confirm weekly bank deposts
• Process monthly rental update billings
