Responsibilities

• Call potential customers that have inquired about our products and services to initiate first initial contact
• Posses strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customers needs when qualifying them
• Demonstrate an aptitude for sales to increase customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact
