Our Company is looking for Account Relationship Managers to oversees the transactional relationship between the Company and our clients. Account Managers will focus on maintaining a high level of satisfaction by conducting surveys, capturing customers request and needs and develop strategies that the company can use to increase our customers. Perform day-to-day management of all client deliverables for assigned accounts.

Duties & Responsabilities

• Lead Business Unit and Project meetings, activities, task and manages team members to ensure objectives are achieved within prescribed time frame and budget
• Understanding the clients' specifics claims requirements from the start
• Have a genuine business relationship with Client Manager & key personnel within each assigned account
• Own client issue resolution
• Utilize issue tracking system to manage, document, report and analize incoming client requests
• Sets aggresive performance standards and use pragmatic process and an analitical mindset supports and lead their team to deliver goals and outcomes

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
