Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has a job opportunity for a full time 3M Assistant in Norfolk, VA.

Summary: The 3-M Assistant assists the 3-M Coordinator with the effective operation and support of the 3-M System.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in management and direction of all 3-M coordinators across CNSL domain.
• Maintain liaison with all agencies sharing the responsibility for 3-M support to the fleet including NAVSEA, shipyards, supply centers, TYCOMS, and other activities.
• Monitor ships reporting ASI file processing, provide corrective steps and serve as liaison for technical assistance as required.
• Liaise with responsible office codes for 3-M assist visits for ships selected. Conduct Snap-Shot reviews.
• Support Maintenance University (MU) and Center for Service Support (CSS) 3-M System Coordinator courses.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified in PQS 43241(series) Watch Station 307
• Held NEC 811A (or equivalent military/civilian experience)
• Previous 3-M billet experience in either command 3MC or TYCOM/ATG 3-M inspector position.
• High degree of technical skills using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Navy and DoD travel processes and online systems and Naval message writing software.
• Detailed knowledge and expertise of Naval administrative and correspondence policies, instructions and regulations required.
• Must have HS Diploma or equivalent
• Must have an ACTIVE SECRET level security clearance
• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree

ADA Notations:

• Must be able to work in an office environment. May sit for long periods of time.
• Must also be able to work in a shipyard environment and on naval vessels on occasion. Must be able to get up and down ladders and in tight spaces where required.
• May require PPE in certain environments (hard hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses, etc.)
