V Shred Production Video Editors, work on a wide range of content for various areas of the V Shred brand, from long-form marketing content, Marketing and organic social content, and short form educational videos including but not limited to workout series, nutrition videos, and motivational material.

Editors are responsible for completing videos under the required creative guidelines, with a standard of quality and modern use of best practices and styles, and within the required timelines specified.

Education and Skills

• 3-5 Years of Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• 1-3 Years of Experience working in Direct Response, or within a sales marketing team.
• 2-5 Years of Experience working with a Post-Production Team.
• An understanding of overall Post-Production workflows and be able to problem solve and maneuver the challenges of a Post-Production process.
• Proficient working within a MAC OS ecosystem.
• Strong Attention to Detail: Our editors are driven to create the best end product, and are diligent in finding and fixing even the smallest of details within their own work.
• Advanced Communication Skills: Communicating effectively is important when working in a creative environment to make sure tasks, notes, and deadlines are understood and respected.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Edit high converting Video Sales Letters.
• Work within a team of other editors and post-production professionals.
• Collaborate with a dedicated Motion Graphic Designer for key assets to use within their edit.
• Work with an Audio Engineer to craft music and sound design for editing deliverables.
• Deliver on creative set forth by the business, and the Creative Director.
• Work under accelerated deadlines set by the Director of Post-Production.
• Must be driven with a high level of attention to detail in both their work, and their workflow.
• Be open to constructive creative criticism, and be quick to pivot and adjust to meet deliverables and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
