Job Description:

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Title Clerk who will process all retail sold title work. We sell over 800 vehicles each month and this person will be working directly with the sales and finance teams to ensure all documents are processed in a timely manner

• Process vehicle title documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Processing reimbursement checks
• Work directly with 3rd party MVD for processing
• Working a in team environment
• Ability to have great customer service and answer customers questions as needed

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Time Management prioritizing workload.
• Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus
• Available to work Monday - Friday in an office setting
• MUST have vehicle title experience
• Must be 18 or older
