Job Description

As a Technology Product Management Associate for Customer Insights within our Runtime Engineering Product, you'll be part of the team providing the framework and technology to enable Chase Product Teams to move to the Public Cloud quickly and easily with confidence while removing the complexity of underlying systems and the need for deep infrastructure expertise. You will partner with the Product Owner to provide the strategic vision and roadmap while acting as the voice of the customer. You are, or will be, a domain expert in the product with the ability to synthesize trends, stakeholder needs, and strategic goals into a roadmap. You will use intent-based leadership to empower high performing, self-directed teams to deliver effectively leveraging data and metrics to assess product performance against business objectives.

In this role, you will:
  • Drive product roadmap and act as voice of customer to drive product vision; define user experience needs, create product value propositions of developed features and benefits
  • Ensure alignment of product features and stories, write epics/user stories, participate in agile development process, and prioritize user stories to meet strategic goals
  • Contribute to the ideation, strategic development, ongoing refinement, and execution of the product roadmap
  • Manage iterative improvement of existing features and development of new features focused on customer experience and client/stakeholder needs while achieving a sustainable balance between end-user desirability, business objectives, and technical feasibility
  • Be responsible for the product strategy, including prioritizing features and integrations, setting release dates, maintaining roadmaps, developing change management and adoption plans, and end user communications
  • Define and manage the product's metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1+ years of overall technology experience and 1+ years of product management experience for technology products including the development and execution of product vision, strategy, roadmaps, objectives and key results (OKRs) and go-to-market plans
  • Ability to contribute to the broader product group's knowledge base by proposing new and value-added methods on approaches to solve customer pain points.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, take accountability for those decisions while candidly challenging the status quo to drive the right customer journey outcomes.
  • Experience project managing multiple projects
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
