Technical Recruiting Sourcer (DoD/Intel)

Location: Onsite in Hayward, WI

Schedule: Full Time


OVERVIEW

Caribou Thunder is seeking a Technical Recruiting Sourcer to focus on the acquisition of new candidates through the recruiting process and, working with recruiters, screen, and schedule interviews to move the candidates forward in the recruiting pipeline. This role will be responsible for utilizing company approved applications and methods to find qualified candidates and establish initial contact. This position is onsite in Hayward, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as the first point of contact between the company and job candidates.
  • Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
  • Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
  • Refers appropriate candidates to recruiter and/or hiring supervisor.
  • Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
