The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our Cloud Engineering and Data Platform teams. These teams are responsible for building the Next-gen cloud, developer and data platforms at MarketAxess. This role will be a critical enabler of our cloud and data transformation strategies. You will work with stakeholders, solutions architects, and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of strategic platform projects with quality results.

How You'll Help Take Us There

  • Work with the engineering teams to build product roadmaps and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Define and implement the platform intake process to provide transparency and accountability to our development partners.
  • Champion and execute a holistic platform vision for the team.
  • Manage the development backlog and make tradeoff decisions and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Manage product/feature rollouts and scaling and iteratively optimizes the product.
  • Host stakeholder meetings involving representatives from around the organization to provide status, drive requirements, and priority decisions.
  • Leverage a cross-functional team of solution architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and requirements.
  • Partner with internal customers to learn and document what they need and how we can make them successful.
  • Balance long-term vision and big picture thinking with guidance and support of work currently in process.
  • Stay up to date on the latest data and cloud technology trends to help identify opportunities to further improve the platform.

What We're Looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • Self-motivated and quick to respond to challenges.
  • Strong communicator with excellent client facing ability
  • Analytical and strong excel skills to mine and present data
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation ability
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize work effectively

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $140,000 USD to $190,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
