As a Technical Designer, you will have the opportunity to build the foundation of your architectural and design career. You will collaborate with the design team to develop technical documentation and communicate project progress with the lead architect and other team members to ensure our projects exceed client expectations. What You Will Do

Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production

Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives

Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings

Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions
Your Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a professionally accredited program
-
5+ years of related project experience

Licensure is a plus but is not required
-
Proficiency Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office

LEED accreditation a plus

**Compensation is based upon experience and estimated range is $70k – $85k annually + bonuses and benefits.
