Responsibilities:

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
• Collaborates and communicates with supply chain technicians, procurement representatives and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments using an ERP system
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables
• Engages with vendors and delivery operators as necessary
• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years inventory/supply chain experience
• Experience using ERP software systems
• Experience interacting with other professionals - engineers, tradespeople, finance etc.
• Experience using the Google software suit
