Responsibilities:
Peraton is seeking
Summer 2023 Full Stack Web Developer Interns to support a government customer.
As an intern, you will learn new skills, explore our enterprise, network with experts, connect with thought leaders and finish with a resume that opens doors. You will learn how to develop and deploy web-based software and website builds.
Summer internships are flexible work location based in the Washington, DC metro area. We ask that each intern be available to work the duration of the ten weeks (June to August) and commit to working 40 hours per week. This program is geared toward rising sophomore students who are actively enrolled at a four-year university and have completed qualified coursework.
Responsibilities:
- Develop web-based products based on requirements provided by the team.
- Perform front- and back-end web development.
- Follow Peraton development processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on various platforms and system configurations.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- HS diploma.
- US Citizenship.
- Must be a full-time college student majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other Science, Technology, Math related field of study.
- Demonstrated experience with Java and/or Angular.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills in a customer focused environment.
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) over Summer 2023.
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.
