The Role
The Reimbursement Accounts domain within the Fidelity Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced product management professional to lead the effort to define, implement and support the employee and plan sponsor experiences for Fidelity's reimbursement customers.
In this role, you will be a member of the Health and Benefits Administration Product Area with responsibility for defining and delivering an integrated Reimbursement Account experience. You will also have routine engagement with stakeholders from product, development, and operations team to ensure alignment on priorities and customer requirements.
The Expertise You Have
A Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
5+ years of related product management experience, systems development, product development, and/or product management

Demonstrated expertise working with product positioning, product development, product strategy, critical thinking, goal setting, planning and decision making.
You take a data-driven approach to understanding client needs, you translate strategic goals into action, and prioritize to improve value delivered
Positive relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to stay aligned within the organization and across Fidelity Healthcare Group
Experience leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building strong teams
Understanding of the Reimbursement Account product offerings (FSA, HRA, etc.) and the needs of the customer using these products along with strong familiarity with related recordkeeping platforms

Define, refine, and communicate your team's mission to all squad members and business partners to empower and rally support
Anticipate, discover, and prioritize client and partner needs to serve as the voice of the customer and guide execution.
Routinely engage Fidelity Legal, Risk and Compliance to discuss client feedback and various solution needs. You will collaborate closely to ensure new solutions align with industry regulations and are consistent with Fidelity policy & procedures.
Measure performance through established critical metrics and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results.
Ensure new capabilities are well understood by sales, marketing, communications, operations, and product maintenance to ensure a smooth organizational readiness and go to market strategy.

Consumer directed accounts including both Health Savings Accounts and Reimbursement Accounts are a fast-growing product offering across Fidelity. Your work will have a direct impact on the overall attractiveness of our offering to current and prospective clients!
