Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Reservations Manager to ensure daily success.
• Hire and train employees in multiple areas including guest services, safety, organization, and more!
• Comfortable with delegating tasks as necessary.
• Able to be the Team Leader that people look to for guidance, feedback, and constructive criticism.
• Able to keep track of a multitude of responsibilities and schedules.
• Can keep a cool head in busy or stressful situations.
• Complies with all safety and health standards (and holds team members accountable!).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service, cashiering, or supervising experience is strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Office (proficient)
• Valid Driver’s License
