Location: Denver, CO

Talent Acquisition team must be located in the Denver metro area, but can work remotely, in order to visit its hospital locations on a regular basis. The five AdventHealth hospitals include the following: Avista Adventist Hospital in Louisville, Colo.; Castle Rock (Colo.) Adventist Hospital; Littleton (Colo.) Adventist Hospital; Parker (Colo.) Adventist Hospital; and Porter Adventist Hospital in Denver. The organization will also operate and manage affiliated clinics in Colorado.


The role you’ll contribute:

The Senior Talent Sourcer is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent in support of efficient fulfillment of AdventHealth’s hiring needs. The Senior Talent Sourcer is part of the HR Shared Services Team providing top talent to business stakeholders. Senior Talent Sourcers are committed to developing strong external candidate relationships with a diverse slate to ensure that business leaders have visibility to a well-rounded candidate pool. Senior Talent Sourcers support their team by identifying process improvements, leading projects as needed, and mentoring Talent Sourcers.


The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Create and utilize advanced research techniques to find top health care talent through various mediums including databases, networking, associations, social media, referrals, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories as well as other innovative sourcing methods.
  • Develop and executes recruitment sourcing strategy to ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads and names into assigned key pipelines and requisitions.
  • Meet or exceed target metric for position.
  • Influence potential candidates on the benefits of working at the various facilities.
  • Screen candidates to determine suitability for positions.
  • Develop internal relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Create and present sourcing strategies for executives and other stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and report effectiveness of sourcing strategy to sourcing leadership.
  • Maintains a broad knowledge of company policies and benefit plans.
  • Mentor and teach other Talent Sourcers.
  • Identify local community education and workforce partnerships to develop future pipelines of non-traditional candidates in order to increase the pipeline of healthcare workers.
  • Research and present advanced sourcing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Test new souring tools to determine effectiveness and appropriateness for the sourcing team and make recommendations.
  • Identify sourcing process and efficiency improvements and lead committees and projects as needed.
Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of four years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
  • Ability to use advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean, and data mining.
  • Experience and knowledge with advanced Intake sessions with both hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Experience mentoring and training staff.
  • Experience using Talent Acquisition CRM’s, & ATS’s.
  • Experience sourcing in resume databases.
  • Experience following up with candidates through the full sourcing life cycle.
  • Knowledge of Taleo or similar ATS, SMASHFLY or similar CRMs, and other related technology.
