Talent Acquisition team must be located in the Denver metro area, but can work remotely, in order to visit its hospital locations on a regular basis. The five AdventHealth hospitals include the following: Avista Adventist Hospital in Louisville, Colo.; Castle Rock (Colo.) Adventist Hospital; Littleton (Colo.) Adventist Hospital; Parker (Colo.) Adventist Hospital; and Porter Adventist Hospital in Denver. The organization will also operate and manage affiliated clinics in Colorado.

The Senior Talent Sourcer is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent in support of efficient fulfillment of AdventHealth’s hiring needs. The Senior Talent Sourcer is part of the HR Shared Services Team providing top talent to business stakeholders. Senior Talent Sourcers are committed to developing strong external candidate relationships with a diverse slate to ensure that business leaders have visibility to a well-rounded candidate pool.
