Job Description
Under general supervision, performs routine but varied clerical and support duties in in-house Law Office according to standard procedures. Photocopies, scans and saves documents to specified folders, fills out on-line forms, types simple letters, compiles and sends documents to expert witnesses, maintains organized paper and computer files, and may include direct contact with claims examiners, clients, attorneys and witnesses. Must be able to work with multi-function photocopier and computer.
Worker characteristics are normally acquired through completion of a high school education, a minimum of 1-year general office or related Company experience.
