We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team in the industry. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for taking ownership of all budgeting, forecasting & planning responsibilities. Focused more heavily on the Revenue side of the house.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, working knowledge of GAAP, strong powerpoint & excel skills, enterprise software (SAP), and business intelligence tools (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI).

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business unit decision-making processes
  • Analyze actual financial results, provide variance analysis, and identify trends to support month-end close activities
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate and timely financial information
  • Analyze expense and headcount trends to identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Develop presentations to provide insights to business leaders on financial performance and key drivers of performance
  • Provide support for P&L and revenue reporting, including ownership of reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial planning and analysis activities with business objectives
  • Assist with any ad-hoc projects (M&A)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with full P&L experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP
  • Highly values in-person work
