What you’ll do:

Our Sr. Financial Analyst will organize and lead activities of audit and approval functions of Credit Requests from Bussmann North American customers. Activities include four main functions, analyzing customer claims, auditing customer claims, implement the EDI ship and debit process.

• 
  Work with operations finance and support functions. Drive Digital Transformation initiative through standard operations reporting
• Provide direction to operations and leadership teams in pursuit of business goals and objectives
• General month end closing activities
• Partner with operations, marketing, and sales team to prepare monthly rolling forecast
• Assist with profit planning process across the Division.
• Develop and improve digital tools to help anticipate financial trends
• Provide analysis and support of Distribution Center (DC), Engineering, R&D and administrative activities to meet profit plan goals, commitments and timelines
• Oversee internal and external reporting and compliance
• Participate in driving solutions to key analytical, strategic and business challenges utilizing knowledge and expertise.
• Perform continuous improvement and cost reduction projects
• Structure and establish goals and objectives for the plant finance organization, which align to plant/operational and functional goals

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years professional experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or within the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
• Seven (7) years professional experience in accounting and financial analysis

Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of corporate financial policies, procedures, and systems
