As a senior multiline representative on our claims team, you’ll be responsible for investigating and resolving complex specialty lines losses within El Pasco county and surrounding territory. Day-to-day duties will involve investigating and analyzing the extent of our liability for property or injury losses, coverage analysis and interpretation. Additionally, you’ll collaborate and negotiate with repair service providers to effectively and efficiently settle claims for our customers.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, and one year of work experience in the automotive repair or insurance industry
• Instead of a degree, a total of five years of work experience, some of which must be in the automotive repair or insurance industry
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance along with compliance with Progressive’s driving standards and/or policies
• Candidates must reside within commutable distance to East Pasco County, FL

Compensation

• Salary range from $61,900 - $82,500/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
