Job Description:

Lakin Tire is seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual to work alongside a professional driver. You will help load, sort, and stack tires into our trucks at our many customer locations. This is a hands-on job with lots of hours!

Hourly Pay:

• Starting at $20.00 / hour

Sign-On Bonus - $3500

• $500 will be paid on the pay period following your 30-day anniversary
• $1000 will be paid on the pay period following your 90-day anniversary
• $1000 will be paid on the pay period following your 180-day anniversary
• $1000 will be paid on the pay period following your one-year anniversary

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays
• 40 hours per week, + Overtime

Responsibilities:

• Travel to our customer locations and assist in manually loading tires into our trucks
• Works well with others
• Works hard and understands directions
• Follows safety procedures
• Willingness to work hard in hot, cold, and dirty conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
