Department Responsibilities:
Join our growing Operations Team and take on a role focused on developing, implementing, and overseeing many exciting strategic initiatives to support our company with growing. You will collaborate with leadership to identify, prioritize, develop, and manage key operational initiatives that drive performance and operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Oversight of key company operational initiatives, often requiring coordination with key stakeholders and across company departments.
  • Evaluate programs or functions, policies and procedures related to internal, partner, sponsor, and participant engagement to identify issues and develop alternative solutions.
  • Engage in Team Performance, Process & Efficiency Management.
  • Foster collaborative working relationships within the operations department and across all levels and departments of the organization.
  • Successfully engage key stakeholders in development, deployment, and management of project plans.
  • Manage key operational initiatives, performing regular assurance checks, recommending changes based on the quality of initiatives, and reporting progress to management.
  • Maintain a service-focused relationship with coworkers, partners and clients.

Operations Management

  • Complete problem resolution & data analysis for all aspects of retirement plan administration support.
  • Build and maintain company, department, and team level KPIs and metrics, including building dashboards and regularly reporting to leadership.
  • Buildout and oversight of multiple software applications.
  • Project planning including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Project oversight, including monitoring, resolving project conflicts, and project reporting.
  • Create standard operating procedures to support company departments and goals.
  • Work directly with external clients and partners.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the retirement plan industry.
  • Schedule, manage, and facilitate internal meetings.

Qualifications

· Understanding of retirement plans and the basics of plan management.

· Successful record of effectively communicating and collaborating, across multiple departments and team members, in a virtual environment.

· Experience working independently and taking initiative without direct management oversight.

· Track record of handling changing and competing responsibilities.

· Solutions-based approach to technology and applications, communication, training, marketing, cyclical activities, and sales.

· Demonstrated record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives in a timely manner.

· The ability to synthesize substantial amounts of information into a coherent, vision, strategy, and plan.

Qualification Preferences

· Bachelor’s degree

· Experience in retirement plan, investment, or banking industries.

· Minimum of 2 years experience in project management and/or organizing multiple strategic initiatives.

· Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.

· Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
