Come and join the team at Millcreek Community Center and work with Salt Lake County! This position is a perfect opportunity to get some experience with the recreation community and not to mention you get a free fitness pass for the center! The duties as a fitness attendant are greeting and welcoming patrons, ensuring they know they can ask questions on how to properly use fitness equipment. Maintain cleanliness of fitness area and putting away equipment that was left out. Collect all cleaning towels, wash/dry and distribute to cleaning stations. Keep hourly counts of fitness area, classes, and gymnasium.
An ideal applicant would be:
-Pay starts at $11 an hour
-Willing to work Saturdays
-Willing to work evenings (4pm – 9pm)
-Available for at least 2 shifts a week (each shift 5 hours)
-Experience in fitness equipment and customer service
-Ability to walk, stand, lift and bend
