A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

In this food service position, you are the cornerstone of our operations. You run our food service establishment like you own it. Extremely organized, you oversee everything that happens under our roof, from customer service to food preparation and cleaning. You provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring they have the support and training they need to deliver a top-notch dining experience for our guests.

You also manage a variety of administrative and financial tasks, including processing payroll, managing cash, verifying drawers, and controlling costs. As a strategic thinker, you excel at formulating plans to increase revenue and maximize the profitability of our business. You love leading our team and take pride in the part you play in our company's success!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

• 5+ years of fine dining restaurant experience
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Knowledge about bar operations and alcohol pairings

Experience working at a Thai or Asian restaurant is preferred but not required. Are you extremely organized and detail-oriented? Can you lead a crew?
