Real Estate Investor Acquisition Manager Trainee Position Available

We are looking for 1-2 people as an Acquisition Manager Trainee to work in our office in Charlotte full time. We prefer some real estate experience but will train the right person with telemarketing, sales or customer service experience..
As an Acquisition Manager Trainee you will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls of people who have inquired about selling their house. You will have a script and gather information about their house and motivation for selling their property.
You will enter all information gathered into our CRM Podio and set a task for the Sr. Acquisition manager to make them an offer on their house.
We are looking for someone who loves talking to and meeting new people and building rapport and is good at getting people to like and trust you. It's really that simple.
You need to be comfortable with computers, using a CRM and being on the phone all day.
This is a full time, hourly plus commission position working directly with me and my team in my office in Charlotte, NC University Area buying and selling a lot of houses.
As an Acquisition Manager Trainee you will be paid hourly plus a small commission. Once you can make offers on your own and you graduate to a full Acquisition Manager you will earn 10% of the net profit per deal. The average net profit is $10,000 - $20,000. So, the average commission is $1,000 - $2,000 per deal as an Acquisition Manager. You should be closing 4-6 deals per month by then.
This is NOT free mentoring or coaching. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a team and is not just looking for some short term free mentoring. Yes you will learn valuable skills you can use to do your own deals and we encourage that but we want someone who wants to be a part of a real team.
This is also a great opportunity for someone that may be tired of going it alone and wants to be around other like minded full time real estate investors and grow.
