We are looking for a Real Estate Assistant to join our team. No experience necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication and relationship building ability. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the real estate team with administrative tasks, preparing documents, conducting research, and providing customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of documents related to real estate transactions.
• Maintain and update records of real estate transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the real estate team.
• Conduct research on properties and market trends.
• Assist with the negotiation of contracts and leases.
• Provide customer service to clients and potential buyers.
• Organize and manage files related to real estate transactions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
