What you’ll learn & achieve::
We are currently seeking additional support at our Austin office to support our Global Consulting and Representation teams. This internship is largely comprised of various administrative support activities and does not require previous regulatory affairs experience. Interns are offered the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and grow their professional skillset with an international regulatory consulting firm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support with the retrieval of published literature as directed by a Regulatory Consultant or Project Manager
- Coordination of tasks with local and international colleagues/teams
- Accurate and complete submission of project related timecards (as applicable)
- Support maintenance and organization of internal document libraries and information databases
- Proofreading, formatting, and document editing activities
- Project audits and tracking
- Information collection and entry into internal tracking tools, databases, and spreadsheets
- Coordination of team meetings and assistance with agenda creation as needed
- Accurate and complete entry of data into various databases and systems

- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach to assignments
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to successfully manage/balance long (ongoing) and short-term tasks/assignments in parallel
- Receptive to feedback and willing to engage colleagues to support learning
- Prioritization of time sensitive projects to meet deadlines
- High quality outputs even when completing routine or repetitive tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications is highly preferred
- Capable of learning new software programs quickly
- Must be available 12 – 18 hours per week within regular business hours (M – F, 8a – 5p), minimum three days/week
- Available to start Summer 2023 with possibility of continuing into Fall semester (not required)
- Local candidates only, bachelor’s level degree program preferred
