We are seeking an experienced project coordinator at our Washington, D.C. office.

What you will do:

• Provide administrative support for two (2) to three (3) project managers.

What you will need to be successful:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent telephone and written skills.
• Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Cordial disposition with a team attitude.
• Experience in the construction industry a plus.
• Prior experience with Pro-core a major plus.
