Path Engineering LLC (a staffing agency with years of experience helping companies with high-volume hiring needs) is posting this job on behalf of SK- Georgia.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adhere to fixed shifts: Day Shift 6AM to 6:45PM or Night Shift 6PM to 6:45AM.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • Compliance with protocol policies is mandatory.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Physical capability to lift more than 50lbs, climb, reach, and squat safely.
  • Comfortable with walking and standing for more than 8 hours per shift.
  • Ability to push and pull heavy objects with motorized assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate standard procedures of lithium-ion battery production using computerized manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks, engage in basic troubleshooting, and perform equipment maintenance throughout the production process.
  • Collect qualifying products and prepare them for shipment.
  • Regularly monitor and interact with computerized manufacturing equipment to ensure normal operating activity.
  • Check all work orders, instructions, and specifications on the production check sheet prior to each production lot.
  • Continuously monitor processes, perform image inspections and visual quality checks of the products to ensure acceptance standards are met.
  • Measure the collected sample using the appropriate measurement tool.
  • Identify any non-compliance with work instructions and control plan regarding work environment, production process, raw materials, and the quality of semi-finished products.
  • Conduct equipment inspections according to the 'equipment feature inspection guide'.
