What we are looking for…

Design Works Gaming is looking for an experienced and determined Game Producer to join our Games team in Scottsdale! At DWG, our Game Producers are responsible to create and drive new slot content as well as non-spinning reel content such as instant win games, scratch tickets, card games and more!

• 
  Drive and clearly communicate design vision to cross-disciplinary teams including art, engineering, and quality assurance
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of all major slot competitors and assure that any emerging trends, functionalities, and features are addressed within the Product Roadmap.
• Collaborate on Post Production Implementation changes to improve game play through updated math and feature modifications.
• Maintain day-to-day management and administration of projects.
• Brainstorm new game ideas and collaborate with a variety of departments.
• Focus on bringing new and inventive ways to revolutionize the gaming space outside of traditional slots.
• Ensure deadlines are being met and work with all departments to stay updated on the status of each item
• Ability to play through a variety of games and determine what would translate well into the gaming space.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of related game design experience on a development team in the iGaming or landbased gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task to execute multiple projects within tight deadlines
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong organizational skills
• Consistently meets deadlines and expectations
• Must be able to work in a team environment
