The Team

We build enterprise digital tools for millions of customers to solve high value problems and enable the best customer experience. We are building a Digital Vault platform as a top Digital Priority for Fidelity to reduce paper, print, postage and manual work. Does building software for millions of users excite you? The Role

As Principal Platform Systems Analyst, you will help deliver the key capabilities and solutions for the Digital Vault platform. The Digital Vault is a Core and Common platform that will be used by all Fidelity business units to provide amazing experience to all our customers and partners. You will work with customers, business partners and multiple engineering teams.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled at understanding and analyzing business needs and working with our teams to create the best technical platform solutions. The ideal candidate has helped build high scale product platforms, brings an acute attention to detail, concisely communicates complex concepts, and is equally passionate about 99.9999% reliability and enabling outstanding customer solutions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Demonstrable ability to work with API based platforms that are used by very large number of users
  • Great understanding of platform thinking and cloud technologies and ability to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts
  • Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills to work with both technical and business partners
  • You take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback and help resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good ability to understand end-to-end processes and their interdependencies.
