We’re hiring an experienced Coil Operator that will be responsible for the setup and operation of a mechanical power press or hydraulic press to produce parts from steel coils, has the skills to produce high quality work, and is interested in finding a stable career path while learning lifelong skills.

Your Skills:

• Experienced in reading blueprints and using measuring equipment
• Comfortable with light computer work to retrieve workload from IFS terminal and approve jobs
• Ability to inspect, measure, compare, identify, and report non-conforming product or work
• Can set up the coil line equipment and various dies
• Experience using Big Joe or Forklift to remove dies from the press
• Maintain focus to ensure correct steel is placed on coil reel
• Ability to follow 7-S policies, procedures, and all safety rules
• Capable of maintaining a neat and orderly work area
• Eager to expand and broaden skills by participating in all required learning events and cross training
• Enjoys working a reasonable amount of overtime
• Can perform other duties as assigned
