Unity Homes is seeking to hire a Preconstruction Manager for its growing team.
Overview
The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for overseeing Unity projects from the signing of the initial design contract to the execution of the construction contract. This person will oversee and coordinate the Designers, Estimators and Selections Specialists who make up the Preconstruction team. The Preconstruction Manager will also track and manage budgets, review designs and estimates, and draft and negotiate contracts. This full-time position is in a fast-paced environment that requires both collaboration and independence. The Preconstruction Manager position is primarily office-based, with the option of occasional remote work.
