- $2.00 - 3rd Shift - Hours 11:30 pm to 8:00 am
Hours:
- Monday - Friday/8 hours shift
- Some weekends may be required
- Training hours are on the 1st shift/7:30 am to 4:00 pm for about 4 weeks

Purpose
Operators are primarily responsible for the ongoing production of the industrial baking machinery and support areas they are assigned to on a day-to-day basis; including mixers, ovens, and pre-weigh ingredients. These positions require a wide scope of knowledge of the many different machines and processes throughout our cookie production to be successful.
Perform day-to-day production operations in the assigned workstation, including, but not limited to:
- Pre-weighing and preparing raw baking ingredients.
- Combining dry and wet ingredients in industrial-sized mixers.
- Ensure cookie product ingredients are mixed as the recipe specifies.
- Ensure cookie product quality conforms to quality standards through the baking process.
- Ensure cookie products are wrapped/bagged, and correct problems with machinery settings.
- Seal out boxed cookie products with correct labeling for warehouse storage and shipping.
- Breaking down and installing rollers, dies, rotaries, and other machinery parts.
- Washing equipment and parts between production changeovers.
- Maintain equipment in sanitary and working conditions.
- Compliance with company-wide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing or Food Handling industry knowledge.
- Being able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Industrial Technical or Machinery experience.
- Basic hand tool and computer user interface knowledge.
- Food and Safety knowledge.
