Job Overview

The Point of Sales (POS) Specialist position assists in the ordering, receiving, tracking, routing, and monitoring of POS items. The POS Specialist PT participates in inventory counting and reconciliation processes and is responsible for pre-assembling inventory items for shipment. The POS Specialist must have good interpersonal skills since they will work with a variety of people including managers, warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers. The POS Specialist will work on multiple projects simultaneously, which will require efficient use of time management and organization skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages POS for multiple branches
  • Performs the binding and assembly of POS materials as necessary and needed in the marketplace
  • Performs other activities of organizing, packaging, storage, and or delivery of goods as required
  • Receives materials and supplies daily and places these materials in their designated locations
  • Maintains accurate count and inventory of all POS coming in and going out daily
  • Communicate with Sales Team and Warehouse to ensure items are getting loaded and delivered
  • Order POS as needed or requested

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Knowledge of inventory processes to assist with receiving, tracking, routing, and monitoring
  • Good interpersonal skills, time management organization skills
  • Forklift operation experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Forklift certification is required but CCCi will assist in certification effort if not certified

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License. Forklift certification needed.
