Job Description:
The Overnight Ideal Services Agent task are to answer/dispatch and follow up with all incoming calls courteously and efficiently. To perform other essential Telecommunications duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls to the resort using the proper protocol, greetings and closings as determined by management.
- Take requests from guests or transfer to the appropriate department. Ensure requests for maintenance or repairs are logged correctly and promptly using synergy application.
- Follow up with the guest regarding all concerns when applicable.
- Process amenity/in-room dining requests and communicate with the appropriate departments ensuring the amenity requests are fulfilled.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of all key personnel and departmental functions of the resort.
- Assist guests with processing outbound calls.
- Correctly and accurately, log all wake-up calls. Perform wake-up calls promptly and on time using appropriate greeting as determined by management.
- Answer all incoming calls for in room delivery
- Learn the current menu offerings allowing for knowledgeable answers and upselling to guests.
- Accurately use the point-of-sale system to input orders, using proper modifications, and details necessary to execute properly.
- Organization of amenities, pulling reports from current systems including but not limited to Alice, Opera, and Micros.
- Communicate with guests on any needs or issues that may arise while staying with us on property and communicating with the appropriate department or leader to ensure guest satisfaction.

At least one year of prior guest service / guest contact experience prefered, preferably in a hotel setting.- Experience taking a high volume of calls in a professional work setting is strongly preferred.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Pay Rate: $19.60
