A PCA who is comfortable working with a client who smokes needed IMMEDIATELY in Naugatuck.

Care experience and WEEKEND availability preferred.

We are seeking candidates that are comfortable working in varying home conditions (ex. clients with pets, clients that smoke, etc.).

Caregivers must be dependable and reliable.

PCA's will:

· Assist with dressing

· Meal preparation

· Medication reminders

· Light housework

· Assistance with bathing.

· Assist with activities of daily living

· Escort to medical appointments / errands

PCA/CNA CERTIFICATION IS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

CAREGIVING EXPERIENCE A PLUS!

Vehicle with valid Driver's License and auto insurance is preferred

Vehicle preferred for hourly cases. Car not required for live-in.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing home: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dementia care: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• car insurance (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
