Job Description

As a Business Operations Manager I you will lead a processing team on verifying contracts and ancillary contract documents to ensure they are prepared and executed in accordance with originations verification and corrective action guidelines, Pricing and Credit Risk Policy. The Business Operations Manager I will analyze booking and funding process performance data (Service Level Agreement, Quality Analyst/Quality Control), scorecards and analyze funding performance feedback from several sources (OEM, Dealer and survey data) and identify potential gaps or opportunities to improve the overall process. The Business Operations Manager I will be responsible for building relationships with credit and sales partners while coaching their team to achieve business results. The Business Operations Manager I is a subject matter expert related to the funding process, originations system and Digital Contracting.

  • Provide regular coaching, leadership & supervise the day-to-day functions of the team

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Previous Auto experience is a plus but not a requirement
