Candidate will perform a variety of general automotive accounting clerical and support tasks related to the operations of the accounting department.
Will be responsible to learn each accounting function including accts payable, accts receivable, cash receipts, deal costing, commission warranty input and cancelations in order to maintain all desks in the accounting division.
Must review and adjust all schedules, ensure all accounting transactions comply with financial policies and procedures, review accounts payable for payments and collections.
Perform all duties assigned to them.
Understand deadlines and able to properly manage time.
Automotive Accounting experience a must.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred but not mandatory.
Excel and Word preferred.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
