General Information:
This is a small company with a small office staff. We are easy going, but work to get the job done. Candidates must be able to work well with the Field Staff. (about 40 people). This position is the front-line position and deals the most with the mangers of each of the real estate locations. If you feel you could bring something to the team, we’d like to meet you.

We are a Real Estate investment firm. We purchase, develop and manage Self Storage Properties for several investor groups. We have been in the storage business for over 40 years. The office staff work to assist the managers of the storage facilities. The home office handles all of the accounting and management functions. The Owner/General Partner is supported by 4 people here in the home office.
