Tasks
We are searching for inspiring and well-rounded Nutritionists to join our digital health platform Holisticly, designed to offer integrated, whole - person solutions.
Using telehealth technologies, you will consult with clients to determine their needs, capabilities, and challenges, while administering assessments and devising plans to improve their overall wellbeing.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting one-on-one, group, and multi-practitioner consultations.
- Conducting nutritional assessments and evaluations.
- Developing nutritional care plans and providing nutritional education.
- Conducting screenings and telehealth-oriented diagnostic tests to reveal health issues.
- Advancing and restoring patients to good health by administering or suggesting personalized and appropriate interventions, with an emphasis on prevention through lifestyle habits.
- Developing and performing webinars and/or online workshops.
- Arranging follow-up consultations with clients and/or referrals, as necessary.
- Participating in inter-professional team meetings, incorporating the client’s needs into the overall care plan.
- Collaborating with other SolaVieve practitioners across the health spectrum to develop new services and products, share knowledge, and continuously improve the client experience.
- Conducting case conferences, when necessary, on clients to achieve whole-person servicing.
- Triaging and coordinating a client’s care by consulting with SolaVieve and third-party health professionals, while exchanging continuity of care records.
Requirements

Education
- Master’s or doctorate in Nutritional or Dietary Sciences
- Certifications/Licenses: Degree in Nutrition or Dietary Sciences and/or Certified Clinical Nutritionist credential (CCN) OR the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential OR Registered Dietician (RD) credential OR Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN), with the ability to work across country borders
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a nutritionist/dietician, preferably within a multidisciplinary setting
- At least 2 years working with clients in the continuum of health and vitality
- Experience in performing online and remote telehealth services (bonus point)
- Specialties such as sports dietician (CSSD), certified diabetes educator (CDE), and knowledge of genomics/metabolism in a preventative environment (bonus point)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills (proficient in English)
- Affinity for incorporating the company voice and brand into health topics
- Mindful of our solution focused voice when addressing preventative health outcomes.
- Ability to work remotely
- Possessing outstanding clinical judgment
- Ability to collaborate with professionals across the health spectrum
- Ability to use technology to administer consultations
Additional Requirements:
Your internet connectivity is sufficiently maintained, allowing you to hold online meetings and accomplish tasks.
