ThedaCare is seeking an experienced Orthopedic NP/PA provider to join our team at our TC Berlin Orthopedic Care location.

Highlights:

• 1.0 FTE
• 4.5 days/ week. 2 days in OR and 2.5 days in clinic
• 1:4 call
• This is a general Orthopedic practice
• Supported by RN, LAT, & Rad tech
• One Surgeon in group
• For Service Line Ortho Surgery 8 Surgeons and 14 APC's in group
• Approximately 50% in clinic and 50% in the OR
• See approximately 20 patients/day
• 2-3 years of Orthopedic Surgery in clinic/ OR hospital experience preferred

Requirements:

State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License and State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber License / State of Wisconsin Licensure of Physician Assistant
