Job Description

Overview:

This position oversees all operations in an assigned area of the Merchandise department. This includes monitoring the financial performance for all retail locations, as well as managing the staff to ensure they are providing great guest service.

Responsibilities:

Leads a team of up to 100 seasonal team members including on the job training and performance management.
Responsible for the operation of multiple locations including staffing, facility readiness, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Responsible for the financial performance of assigned locations, working within a budget and with specific emphasis on controlling labor, cost of goods sold and operational expenses.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
