About
The Marketing Intern position is a fast-paced role that will assist in various daily tasks ranging from creating marketing materials, managing data, and executing routine tasks for our website and online profiles. A large part of this role is creating marketing materials, where you oversee these materials from start to finish by monitoring a team inbox for requests, creating the materials, and managing the printing and shipping of materials. These tasks all require clear communication and strong organizational skills.
No prior experience is necessary, but an excellent sense of attention to detail is necessary for this position and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
This is a paid, in-office position at our downtown Walnut Creek office located at 1850 Mt. Diablo Blvd, Suite 140 Walnut Creek, CA 94596. We are looking for someone to work 8-15 hours a week (Mon-Fri only) and are open to additional hours in the summer months. This a great opportunity to learn more about the marketing and business field, add intern experience to college apps, ensure future employer recommendations, and more.

Marketing Intern Duties

• Monitor team inboxes for relevant marketing requests and execute these requests
• Create co-branded marketing materials for our agent partners, including, but not limited to: mortgage financing flyers, informational booklets, social media posts
• Perform tasks related to various Marketing projects and initiatives
• Update online profiles and website for the company and manage uploading media and maintaining current information
