Marketing Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials, creating localized and creative media to increase overall conversion, as well as managing overall quality content of product listings in terms of media, copywriting, marketing design layouts and more.

Our ideal candidate can interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase conversion rates. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following responsibilities and duties are expected to be able to be completed by the candidate in an independent and responsible manner:

  • Able to effectively plan and execute the copy and digital assets of product detail pages including but not limited to photo staging and shooting plans, digital design plans, and creative text by increasing products overall conversion rate.
  • Ability to complete product research to clearly define product buying points and creating reader friendly descriptions and marketing material to increase overall conversion rates.
  • Familiar with marketing strategies and tactics of marketing on e-commerce platforms/ social media platforms. Use innovative thinking to relate to customer needs and consumer thinking.
  • Able to acquire and review copywriting material to check for relative marketing aspects to make sure brand tone, product attributes, and target group marketing are properly portrayed. Find initiative solutions through testing.
  • Can complete and run marketing test based on market research. Refine and summarize success and failure factors based on experimental testing.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the below listed qualifications:

  • Major in Marketing, Advertisings, Consumer Behavior, Communications, or related fields preferred
  • Strong writing and advertising skills
  • Ability to work and think independently
  • Learn from one’s mistakes/ take criticism
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and platforms
  • E-commerce marketing backgrounds required
  • Experience building and refining an AMZ/ Product Marketing Strategy preferred
  • Above average proficiency in Helium10, Seller Central, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional collaborative and communication skills
