Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Toner Operation team in our Lawrenceville, GA campus! In this vital role as a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will need to have technical background to support our fast-paced environment and highly automated Toner manufacturing operations. You will oversee the daily work activities of toner filling and molding operators, troubleshoot equipment, production, and quality problems, and maintain daily production records and progress reports.

High School diploma or GED required.
Vocational/technical certification in manufacturing technology or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory/leadership experience working in a fast paced continuous production/manufacturing environment required.
Working knowledge of manufacturing operations processes and procedures.
Experience in molding, assembly and/or powder filling operations preferred.
Supervision, Coaching, Managing Processes, Continuous/Process Improvement, Production Planning, Problem-Solving, Technical Troubleshooting, and Strategic Planning.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Positive and engaging leadership skills with experience in team-building/ motivating practices to support company initiatives.
Good attention to detail and math skills to calculate yields, variances, material, and labor costs.
Intermediate MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power-Point) skills, along with experience in writing procedures, and creating forms, visual aids, graphs, and presentations.
